How fast do you reply?
Within one business day, usually much faster. WhatsApp messages get picked up almost immediately during business hours. If you want to talk same day about a space in Nicosia or Limassol, mention it in your message and we will call you back.
Who picks up the phone?
Our team in Cyprus, not a call centre. We are a small local business, so whoever you reach knows the file and can make decisions without transferring you. Greek and English, both fluent.
Do I need to commit to anything to request a survey?
Not at all. The survey visit is informational and no obligation. You come to us when you are ready to move forward, or simply to understand whether a machine fits your space. You sign nothing on the visit.
Is the visit really free? Will there be sales pressure?
Yes, free, and no pressure. Someone from the team comes by, sees the space, measures the spot, and tells you whether it makes sense. If a machine is not a fit for your office or hotel, we will say so plainly. We prefer a clean no over an unhappy customer.
What information do you need to assess my space?
On the first form: type of space (office, gym, school), area, and roughly how many people pass through each day. The rest we figure out on site: placement, the nearest power socket, foot traffic flow. No floor plans or paperwork required.
Do you serve my area?
We cover all five districts: Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, and Famagusta district. In urban centres and industrial zones the response is same day. For more remote spots (mountain villages, off season coastal resorts) we will sort it out on the survey.
Can I host more than one machine?
Yes. In larger venues like factories, schools or hotels we often place two or three machines in different spots (lobby, staff room, gym). On the visit we plan the right number and the right locations together.
What's the next step after I submit?
We reply within one business day. If the fit looks right, we book a survey visit that same week. After the visit you get a written proposal. From there: installation typically within a week, once you say yes.
