The process

    A survey visit within a day or two. We see the space, measure the spot, and talk to you about what your people are likely to want.

    The right machine for your traffic, your floor plan, and your people. No sales deck, just a clear proposal.

    We install

    Typically within a week of approval. Installation is clean, quiet, and takes a couple of hours.

    You forget about it

    Restocking, service, repairs, all us. Once the machine is in place, you can mostly stop thinking about it.

Honest answers

What do I actually get out of this?
An amenity. A convenience for the people in your space. Staff, customers, members, guests, visitors get drinks, snacks, and coffee without leaving the building. You get the goodwill, at zero cost and zero effort.
Do I pay anything?
No. We cover the machine, the stock, and the service. The only cost on your side is the small amount of electricity the machine uses, typically a few euros a month.
Do I get a share of the sales?
No, and we think being upfront about that matters. We take the commercial risk (stocking, servicing, staffing), we keep the revenue from the machine. What you get is a free, fully managed amenity for your space.
Who owns the machine?
We do. You host it. If at any point you want it removed, we take it away cleanly at no cost to you.
What happens if it breaks down?
Telemetry alerts us automatically the moment something is off. Same day on site response in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca. Next day everywhere else on the island.
Can I choose what's stocked?
We match the stock to your space and the people who use it, and we'll always check with you before the first fill. Specific requirements such as vegan, gluten free, energy drinks for a gym or halal: just tell us.
Is my space busy enough to qualify?
Rough rule: 20 or more people passing through each day. Below that it can still work, the on site survey tells us for sure.
Will the machine look ugly in my lobby?
We install modern, clean machines and confirm the exact model with you before we show up. No branded wraps unless you want one.
Contract length and exit terms?
Standard term is 24 months with straightforward renewal. If the machine isn't a fit or your space changes, there's a clean exit process we'll walk you through.
Do I need a permit?
For most commercial spaces, no. Unusual venues (hospitals, government buildings, airports) sometimes have their own rules. We handle any paperwork.

In practice

What actually changes in your space.

Installing a vending machine is not a technical project for you. You send a short message, we schedule a visit, and within a few days you see a clean, ready to go machine in your space. From that point on you never have to think about it. Shelves stay full, contactless payments work, hygiene is handled, and the monthly audits run quietly in the background.

In the first month the machine gets to know your space. We monitor what your people buy most, what they skip, which hours are busy, and adjust the product mix accordingly. By month two the machine is already a reflection of what the specific people in your space actually want, not a generic product list. If an item is not moving, it comes out. If something is selling constantly, we give it more space.

If something changes (a new team in the space, a busy season, a renovation that shifts the machine, changing foot traffic patterns) you tell us and we adapt. From restocking frequency to product additions to relocating the machine to a better spot, the service is never static. It follows your space.
