Every space has its own parameters. What works in a 40 person office does not necessarily work in a 24 hour gym or a 200 room hotel. Our selection process starts with an on site visit, where we measure the spot, observe foot traffic, and talk to you about who actually passes through. The proposal that follows is based on that: which machine, what capacity, which product mix.

Every new machine we install accepts contactless payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, coins and notes. There is also an option for an integrated screen for advertising or corporate branding. On the technical side, every machine is connected to our telemetry network over 4G (you never have to share your own network), which sends real time data on stock levels, temperature for refrigerated units, and fault codes.

Our standard machines fit in less than 1 m² of floor. For narrow spaces there are slimmer models, such as single drink coolers with a 60 cm frontage. For high traffic locations we use higher capacity machines, or combine two machines in a row. The final placement is agreed with you before installation, and we can model the spot with exact dimensions if it helps you plan.

If a machine turns out not to fit the space after installation (foot traffic lower than expected, a different demographic, seasonal shifts) we swap it at no cost to you. Our reference point is the ongoing use of the machine, not simply that it was installed. If it is not working, we are the ones who ask for the change.
