What we monitor

How we know what is happening with your machine.

Every machine we install is connected to our telemetry network over a 4G link, you never have to share your own network or have internet available at the space. From there we continuously receive: current stock per product row, temperature for refrigerated units, payment status, and fault codes. If anything drifts outside normal parameters, an alert opens automatically for our team before your people notice.

Restocking follows telemetry data, not a fixed calendar. On average, machines in moderate traffic spaces are restocked once a week. Machines in high traffic venues (gyms, factories, schools) are restocked two to three times a week. Machines in tourist locations during the summer peak are restocked daily. None of this is your responsibility to track.

When a fault appears the sequence is: telemetry detects the issue automatically. Our team confirms the problem remotely and estimates the parts needed. We dispatch a technician on site same day in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca, within 24 hours in Paphos and Famagusta district. The machine is fixed in place where possible, or temporarily replaced so the space never goes without service.

Hygiene is not only surface cleaning. Every restock visit includes an expiry check, stock rotation (older in front, newer behind), a refrigeration temperature reading, and a full exterior wipe. Sensitive items (fresh sandwiches, dairy) are rotated on a schedule that prevents them ever reaching their expiry date.

How the service actually works in practice.

How often is the machine restocked?
As a rule, weekly, with daily visits at high traffic sites like gyms and factories. Live telemetry shows us what each location is selling, so we schedule visits before shelves run low. You never need to flag it to us.
What happens if the machine breaks down?
Telemetry alerts us automatically the moment a fault appears, often before anyone in your space notices. We dispatch a technician same day in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca, within 24 hours elsewhere on the island. No charge to you, no effort from you.
How fast is the response time in my district?
Same day on site in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca. Within 24 hours in Paphos and Famagusta district. We use our own technicians, no subcontractors, so the response window is consistent across Cyprus. Critical sites (hospitals, hotels) get priority.
Who handles food safety and hygiene?
We do, under our own protocol. Every visit includes stock rotation, expiry checks, and regular deep cleaning inside and out. Refrigerated units are temperature monitored 24/7. All products come from approved suppliers with full food safety compliance.
What payment methods are supported?
Everything people expect today in an office or gym. Contactless cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, with coins as a fallback. No app, no signup required. Digital receipts on request.
Can I see real time stock levels?
You don't have to, we watch it for you. If you run a large office or hotel and want oversight, we send a short monthly summary: what sold, any stockouts, uptime. We won't make you learn another platform.
What happens if the power goes out?
Refrigerated units hold their cold for several hours after a power cut. When power returns the machine self starts and telemetry confirms it's healthy. In a prolonged outage we inspect any fresh food and replace it free of charge if required.
Do you remove products before they expire?
Yes, every time. Each visit includes rotation: older stock is brought forward and anything close to its expiry date is pulled and replaced. You'll never see an expired snack or drink in the machine. The cost of any waste is on us.
